Individual differences in capability, performance and productivity vary enormously. Most assessment and selection methods identify individuals who will satisfy requirements today, rather than those who will perform against or above expectations required for the future, as well.
Within businesses, it is the people who will make the difference and we have a range of techniques, processes and instruments that enable us to support our clients’ decision making. These include our highly successful ‘Personal Insight Process’ that uses a multi-method approach (feedback, interview and psychometrics) to very significant effect.
