- Executive coaching of senior managers/Directors/professionals for a range of blue chip clients.
An accredited Practitioner in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and member of the BPS Coaching Psychology Forum, Nick’s approach to executive coaching focuses on helping individuals develop their own insights and self-awareness as a prelude to making changes
This is achieved by creating a challenging, yet supportive relationship in which issues are discussed in the context of identifying individual patterns of thinking and behaving. Once this is achieved, the emphasis shifts towards developing and testing out strategies for change that are appropriate for that individual.
Nick then continues to work closely with his clients, who range from recent graduate entrants to senior managers and Directors, as they experience change and try out new and more effective ways of operating.
Clients with whom Nick has worked recently include: BAA, De Beers, Cooperative Financial Services, the Environment Agency, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Forensic Science Service, HBOS, Lotus Cars, and Novartis.
