Marie is an accomplished Managing Director with a track record of delivering change initiatives to drive efficiency, improve team performance, increase revenue and reduce costs. She has worked in blue chip companies in B2B and B2C environments.
After completing a Business degree in Ireland Marie joined Hilton International as a Graduate and worked in the UK and internationally in both operational and HR roles.
This led Marie to specialise in her earlier career in HR, holding Board level positions at both Inchcape and Europcar. A critical element of Marie’s thinking is based on the realization that significant business advantage may be achieved through the alignment and mobilization of the people who are the business.
Ultimately, the results from this strong business minded people approach, led to Marie being appointed to the role of Managing Director of Europcar UK. This is a unique and unusual transition, but one which provided significant advantage to Europcar.
More recently Marie has been acting as a Senior Interim Executive for various clients involving managing an acquisition, business transformation and strategic realignment.
