Erica Roberts

Consultant and Personal Impact Coach

Erica Roberts is originally from New Zealand, and has 25 years’ experience as a performing stage actor and singer, giving her the skills she has needed to coach movement, voice and drama. She has also worked extensively in corporate communications and journalism. As a coach she has worked with a wide variety of clients, from senior executives and professional performers to school children and people from underprivileged communities.

After achieving her BA in Sociology and English Literature at Auckland University, Erica went on to graduate from the two-year physical theatre diploma at L’Ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris, cementing years of training in voice and drama that she had already pursued in New Zealand. Erica has lived in the UK since 2002, teaching drama at Royal Holloway, Goldsmith’s and Brunel universities, at a wide variety of schools, and to professional performers, whilst pursuing her careers in acting and coaching.

Erica’s focus is guiding people to deliver their message clearly and effectively to target audiences – whether this is through the body, voice, interaction with space, or the written word. She passionately believes that people can revolutionise their impact on, and experience of, the world around them through simple physical and vocal work.
