Online Assessment now Available

OE have developed a multidimensional approach to Profiling, which provides a higher level of reliability and validity. Profiling is an important tool used as part of Assesment & Development Centres. During the last year, a number of clients have elected to carry out their Development, Assessment and Discovery Centres online.  Using an online assessment has a number of additional benefits such as being able to include larger numbers of people; it overcomes geographical separation and requires reduced investment.
